We are a new opportunity for a top of the range Unit Manager to join our RA team based at a leading global tech company in the Melbourne CBD. This is a new site for our client so will be state of the art working conditions and we need a candidate with the calibre to match! We want someone with proven catering management and business development experience to ensure the delivery of outstanding service. It’s a challenging and diverse role that is responsible for providing a boutique hotel catering experience in a corporate environment. This is a great opportunity for you to show what you can do and be rewarded accordingly!
The Position
Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation, whilst instilling a service-minded approach within the food and beverage team
Manage and empower the team by providing them with the correct amount of support and development to optimise performance, deliver annual budget and facilitate growth
Achieve client and guest satisfaction by building productive and respectful relationships with internal and external clients
Implement and maintain WH&S procedures
Database management and assistance with administrative tasks
