We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planner to join the CGA team on a full-time basis.

THE POSITION

• Drive compliance and process evolution to our labour budgets
• Support operations to make forecasted accurate and financially impacting decisions
• Actioning and day to day management of the Workforce Plan
• Forecast labour demand and supply
• Stakeholder management and provide interface between client, customers and sites
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships

THE PERSON

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop teams with an emphasis on fostering growth, diversity and inclusion
• Proven track record of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets, with the ability to convert analytics into real-world solutions
• Experience in working with roster to pay labour systems
• Proficient in tools such as MS Excel
• Experience with BI tools, with the ability to create, interpret and share dashboards and reports
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate and form impactful partnerships with diverse stakeholders
