We have an exciting vacancy for Part time, Workplace Experience Coordinator to lead the office in Brisbane, Queensland!

THE POSITION

• Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a customer centric role that provides an exceptional level of service to the Client’s organization throughout the office operation
• The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract
• Responsible for various reporting of office work and facilities
• Always ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas

THE PERSON

• Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background
• Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure
• Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
