Meet Liam Carr, he's is celebrating 5 years with Compass Group Australia.
With a career that spanned hotels, restaurants, and stadiums across the US & UK. Liam began his journey with Compass Group as an Operations Manager at one of our world class Restaurant Associates sites in Melbourne.
Since joining Compass Group in 2019, Liam has had the opportunity to work across multiple projects including operating as Workforce Manager across 30 sites; working to streamline our online systems and reopening some of our major Restaurant Associates sites post-lockdown.
After moving into a Key Account Manager role, which he describes as a 'beautiful and wild journey' working on many high-end events and galas, Liam is now loving the corporate lifestyle as the National Account Manager for one of our major corporate clients.
As the runner up for our for our Leader of the Year award in Victoria in 2023, Liam said having a good understanding and exposure to multiple areas of the business, as well as continued support from his peers has been a key factor in his career journey with Compass Group.
