Meet Sue Morrey, who is celebrating 25 years of service with Compass Group Australia.

After meeting such a milestone, we asked Sue what she loves about her role. “The people, always the people.” Sue has worked with many amazing characters over the years from many different cultures and walks of life. And moving from facility to facility keeps her job fresh and interesting. Catching up with people through the years after moving about is like catching up with long-lost friends, she said.

Sue was proud to have achieved Site of the Year whilst managing both an offshore and onshore site. The teamwork experienced at those times was next level! On a personal note, in 2004, she was presented with the CEO award, which was the first year a Leadership Award was presented.

Sue sums up her 25 years with one word – proud. She is proud to be an engaged member of the Compass Group community. She is proud to work with team members that she has watched grow and develop over the years. She is proud to be part of a professional organisation providing opportunity and development for all employees, as it did when she started as a utility.
