WE ARE HIRING FOR 2 KEY ROLES:

1. Chef de Partie

  • Remuneration: $80,000 Base + 12% Superannuation

  • The Role: Join a high-performing, large-scale production kitchen delivering premium corporate dining. This role sits at the core of a disciplined, fast-paced operation where consistency, structure, and execution excellence are critical.

    • Deliver high-volume food production across bulk catering and buffet service
    • Execute to structured production plans with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
    • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
    • Support stock control, rotation, and waste minimisation targets
    • Work within digital HACCP and allergen management systems
    • Contribute to a reliable, process-driven team culture
  • The Person: Proven experience in high-volume or production kitchens, with a strong ability to work quickly, efficiently and methodically. Commercially savvy, Cert III in Commercial Cookery, and Food Safety, HACCP and allergies understanding.

2. Chef de Partie

  • Remuneration: $80,000 Base + 12% Superannuation

  • The Role: A genuine step into leadership within a premium corporate kitchen. This role is designed for a chef ready to move beyond execution into team leadership, operational ownership, and performance management.

    • Oversee daily production flow and ad hoc catering execution
    • Lead and coordinate small teams, ensuring output, timing, and quality standards
    • Develop and manage prep lists, production schedules, and workflow systems
    • Balance hands-on cooking with administrative accountability
    • Drive compliance in food safety, digital HACCP, and allergen management
    • Act as a key support to senior leadership, contributing to overall kitchen performance
  • The Person: Experience in high-volume, events or production environments, with demonstrated ability to run sections or supervise teams, Cert III in Commercial Cookery.  Strong time management skills with a good understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and allergies.
