Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance, construction, cleaning and project management services to a diverse range of sectors, including defence organisations, schools, offshore projects and remote resources industries. We are looking for an experienced Site Administration Officer to join the Team at our Morayfield Site Office in Brisbane.
THE POSITION
Lead and manage an effective team.
Be a positive ambassador for the company reward and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance and reporting provided to sites
Provide advice and support to Senior Management in regard to Client(s) contractual and systems compliance requirements
Prepare and distribute periodical and adhoc reports to scheduled time-frames;
Record meeting minutes;
Maintain administrative records and complete data entry;
Complete billing procedures and process receipts,
Coding and approving invoices Maintain 3-way matching records on deliveries
Reconcile invoices for payment
Complete month end procedures
Coding Contractor Invoices
process work order management system
Develop Work flows and procedures
Provide staff training
General Leger Validation
Other ad hoc tasks as required
THE PERSON
Demonstrated experience in Site Administration
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
Knowledge and experience processing financial transactions/reconciliation
High level communication skills is essential to be successful in the role
Team player and able to work autonomously
A Functional Medical with Drug and Alcohol Test, Police Check is required to be completed by the successful applicant
