The Position • Cannon Hill Location • Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 17:00 pm) • Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites and are maintained to a high standard • Perform site-specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities • Monday to Friday Role – working between the hours of 9 am -5:00 pm • Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner • Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence • Provide high quality customer service
The Person • You will preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings/requests • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Experience in the provision of superior customer service • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative and hardworking • A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously • Follow all Health and safety guidelines
