The Role includes assisting one of our key recruiters in a job share capacity to:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our front line team members, ensuring our individual portfolios recruitment needs are met
• Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
• Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Collaborate closely with your team, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded

The Person:

• Experience in volume and/or white collar recruitment, ideally within hospitality, or site-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for recruitment and a desire to grow your career in a values-driven, people-focused organisation.
