Catering Assistant

$25.86 / hour + 25% Casual Loading

• Monday to Friday rosters, no weekends or late nights.
• Minimum 26 hours per week and you get to work close to home in Claremont
• Spend school holidays with those who matter

About the Role

• Assist the kitchen to prepare and present basic food and beverages
• Provide friendly customer service
• Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
• Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.

About You

• Experience with customer service and basic food handling experience is desired
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Barista skills is an advantage
• Being flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time.
• Successfully completing the "I'm Alert in Food Safety" training program.
