The Position:
Provide hands on leadership and management support at an operational level
Assist in the day-to-day operation of services in an airport lounge environment
Monitor and ensure food quality, service standards & initiatives, food & workplace safety, management systems, processes & procedures are implemented, measured and maintained to the highest standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve ongoing improvements
Liaise with the client located on site regularly to ensure we are providing the best service at the highest standard
Attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry through continuous improvement and training
The Person:
Current or previous Managerial experience in a premium Hospitality setting
Good Financial Acumen and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast paced dynamic team
Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
Ability to build business relationships with existing clients at a senior executive level.
Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build and train effective and engaged teams
Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage
An ASIC security clearance will be required (We will provide)
A flexible approach to your working hours will be required. Our Lounges are open 7 days a week.
