Assistant Site Manager
Located at Toyota Australia, Altona, VIC
$77,500 base, plus 12% superannuation 

• Full Time position: Monday to Friday
• Permanent roster

THE POSITION:

• Oversee day to day operations of front and back of house services.
• Foster a high-performance culture through service and food innovation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols while monitoring financial performance.
• Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance evaluations.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

THE PERSON:

• Proven relationship management skills with confidence in communicating with local and global stakeholders.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a catering environment, with at least 2 years in management.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for quality.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost reduction.
