83k Base + Superannuation

• Friday to Sunday, 4:30pm-12:30am, and Monday to Tuesday, 12:00pm-8:00pm.
• Flexibility: When covering the Manager's leave, hours change to Monday to Friday, 11:00am-7:00pm. Flexibility is available to accommodate important personal commitments and adjust days off where required.

The Position 

• Support the Lounge Manager in overseeing all lounge operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery across each shift 
• Act as Manager on Duty when required, leading the team and maintaining operational standards 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, assisting with operational requests and service delivery expectations 
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, team leaders and frontline team members 
• Assist with rostering, workforce planning, stock control and day-to-day administration 
• Manage guest feedback, service recovery and operational escalations in a professional manner 
• Ensure compliance with airport safety, security and food safety requirements 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational reporting and handovers 

The Person 

• Previous leadership experience within hospitality, lounges, hotels, restaurants or catering operations 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to premium service standards 
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Positive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead by example 
• Calm under pressure, particularly during peak operational periods 
• Professional presentation and commitment to workplace safety
