LEAP is a Defence project for the supply and operation of living in accommodation for single members of the Australian Defence Force. Our team provides essential facility management services across these sites. In conjunction with LEAP, DeltaFM has the expertise, experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services. Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.

The Position

• Monday to Friday role (no Evenings / weekends/ public holidays)
• Larrakeyah Barracks
• Cleaning accommodation rooms and common areas
• Maintaining floor surfaces and wall surfaces (indoors and outdoor)
• Operating specialised cleaning equipment
• Cleaning premises and equipment
• Cleaning at high levels
• Police check required
• Medical with Drug and Alcohol Test

The Person

• Physically fit
• A great work ethic and ability to learn
• Previous housekeeping experience
• Good communication skills with a flexible approach
• Follow work safe procedures
• Because this is a Defence Base, we can only open this opportunity to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents with a current driver’s licence
• Action a Functional Medical with Drug and Alcohol Test
• Federal Police check prior to commencing employment
