Cleaner | RAAF Base Williamtown (Afternoon Shift)

ESS delivers high-quality support services to Defence locations across Australia. We are currently seeking Cleaners to join our team at RAAF Base Williamtown, helping to maintain clean, safe and professional workplace environments for Defence personnel.

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday
• 12:00pm - 8:00pm
• $31.75 per hour (includes base rate and shift allowance, plus applicable cleaning allowances)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Cleaning offices, amenities, crib rooms and common areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing consumables
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Following site safety and hygiene procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily cleaning schedules

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability and good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending and lifting
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (mandatory)
• Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
