As part of our Back of House Logistics Team, you’ll be responsible for keeping our operations moving smoothly in one of the following roles:

• Stores Runner
• Stock Runner
• Loading Dock Management
• Forklift Operators
• Stores Management Team

The Position:

• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of event supplies and equipment.
• Track inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across multiple locations.
• Coordinate deliveries and restock items as required during the event.
• Maintain organised and efficient storage spaces, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate with event teams to meet operational needs and deadlines effectively.

The Person:

• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics, warehouse operation or stock control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate stock records.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth operations.
• Experienced operator with a valid forklift license and a proven track record in fast-paced environments preferred
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a fast-paced event setting.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend online Teams or in-person interviews with the Stores Leadership Team throughout August & September at Melbourne Park.

These are casual contract roles that will commence Monday 5th October unless otherwise communicated. Please note that commencement of employment does not guarantee shifts from this date. Shifts will be allocated in line with operational requirements, with rostering for the Australian Open campaign commencing closer to the event. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
