The Position:
Manage the check-in and check-out process for staff, ensuring smooth operations and timely attendance tracking.
Oversee the distribution and return of uniforms, radios, and other necessary equipment, ensuring proper allocation and documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for team members, providing clear communication on schedules, assignments, and any updates throughout the event.
The Person:
Able to efficiently manage schedules, equipment, and staff assignments with excellent attention to detail.
Confident in addressing grooming/hygiene concerns with staff and offer solutions.
Previous employment in hospitality, event staffing, or venue management, with an understanding of how large-scale events operate.
Be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
