Our baristas are coffee ambassadors, serving great tasting coffee with a smile on their face. We recognise our customers by their face and regular orders. It's more than just morning coffee, we want you, and our customer to feel at home in this space. This role is suited for candidates that like to work in a fast-paced supportive team environment.

The Position:

• Monday to Friday
• Part time positions – 35 hours per week.
• Utilise your barista experience while delivering exceptional coffee, and providing a personalised experience by learning orders by heart
• Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas
• Work in the sandwich bar
• Drive exceptional customer service to the people of the Defence force
• Maintain company policies and food safety practices

The Person:

• Previous experience in high-volume coffee output and busy environment
• Work autonomously to meet daily organisational goals
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Highly organised and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Great presentation with a drive for customer satisfaction
