The Position:

• Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
• Operating the POS system.
• Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
• Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
• Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.

The Person:

• Barista certification required.
• Experience in a fast-paced café style setting
• Both a team player and able to work autonomously
• Outstanding grooming standards and personal presentation
• High standard of work ethics and reliability
