THE POSITION

• Supervise daily food and beverage service across dining areas and events.
• Lead and support a team of catering staff to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Liaise with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

THE PERSON

• Experience of 2+ years in Hospitality (particularly in buffet style service and catering for large numbers)
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively in the workplace amongst colleagues and clients
• Proven experience providing a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, allergen awareness and service standards.
• Organised, reliable, and confident managing service in a busy environment.
