$26.70 + 25% casual loading fee

The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting a Barista for our NSW POOL:

THE POSITION

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
• Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings.
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean.
• Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine.

THE PERSON

• Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
• We’re after an experienced Barista who is comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed!
• Barista Qualifications mandatory.
• Currently hold or be willing to obtain a National Police check, Working with children’s check and an RSA.
