The Position:

• Calibrating espresso machine and grinder to optimise quality of product
• Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
• Stock rotation and stock take experience
• Operation of a coffee bar including open and close
• Quality preparation and service of beverages including alcoholic beverages
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers

The Person:

• Full Barista experience – Allpress specific training will be provided
• You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Great coffee presentation and customer service skills 
• Ability to function in a high volume environment
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
