The Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high‑volume coffee orders

• Ensure every customer receives a consistently high‑quality coffee

• Maintain stock levels and keep your workspace clean and organised

• Set, adjust, and calibrate coffee machines and grinders

• Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and machine step‑down procedures

About You

• Hold a valid Blue Card

• Experienced barista with strong technical coffee skills

• Professionally presented with excellent communication abilities

• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team

• Barista qualification required

• Minimum 1 year barista experience

• Strong customer service focus and a warm, engaging “barista personality”
