• $70,111 - $70,380 Base Salary + Super
• Accommodation and meals provided
• Drive in drive out from Central Queensland region, or Bus in bus out from Mackay (no FIFO available)

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have exciting opportunities for housekeepers across 2 large Villages, working 9x5 rosters (9 days on, 5 days off) or 4x3 (11) roster (Tues to Fri, 11 hour shifts)

The Position

• Permanent Housekeeping roles available across our villages in Moranbah on a drive-in/drive-out or bus-in/bus-out basis (from Mackay).
• Rosters are 9x days on / 5x days off enabling work-life balance, seeing you home every 2nd weekend or home every weekend on a 4x3 (11) roster.
• Housekeeping is not just about changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and restocking toiletries. It’s about creating an environment that allows our residents and guests to relax, rejuvenate and re-energise.
• The residents and guests at our villages come back to their rooms after spending many hours working out in the heat to clean crisp sheets, a tidy room, freshly laundered towels and a clean shower that can wash away the grit of a hard day’s work.

And that’s all thanks to our amazing housekeeping team.

The Person

• Housekeeping/cleaning experience desirable but willing to train the right candidates
• Drivers license and own reliable transport (Bus available from Mackay)
• Be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
• Time savvy and ability to meet deadlines
• Physically fit and able to stand on their feet for up to 10 hours per day
• Must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Test
• Standard 11 Certificate (desirable)
