The Position
Utilise your solid understanding of coffee to build on a loyal customer base.
Collaborate with the kitchen to create daily and weekly specials.
Train and mentor a small but mighty team of hospitality professionals.
Maintain ordering of stock and supplies.
The Person
Strong Barista experience as well as able to lead a small team.
Able to engage with a diverse clientele, from parents to school Executives.
Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management.
Hold a Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
