THE POSITION
- Supervise daily food and beverage service across dining areas and events.
- Lead and support a team of catering staff to ensure high service standards.
- Hands on leadership with some sandwich making and food preparation.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Liaise with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
THE PERSON
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven experience in coffee making and front of house required.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Organised, reliable, and confident managing service in a busy environment.
