THE POSITION
Supervise daily food and beverage service across dining areas and events.
Lead and support a team of catering staff to ensure high service standards.
Hands on leadership with some sandwich making and food preparation.
Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Liaise with school staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
THE PERSON
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proven experience in coffee making and front of house required.
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Organised, reliable, and confident managing service in a busy environment.
