The Position

• Washing and cleaning dishes
• Food Preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
• Adhere to our high standards of food safety
• Monitor stock and minimise wastage

The Person

• Experience with customer service and basic food handling experience is desired
• Some experience with Functions is advantageous
• Should be able to work unsupervised , Available on weekend's especially Sunday would be an advantage
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Have strong organisational skills
• Excels in high-pressure environments
• Thrives in collaborative, small-team settings
• Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
• Being flexible to handle diverse tasks, from Retail, Functions ,food prep to cleaning & packing Boarding Excursions based on the needs at that time.
