THE POSITION:
Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality sandwiches and grab-and-go items to company standards
Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume kitchen
Handle and store fresh produce with care and attention to quality
Follow daily prep schedules and meet production targets
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Keep workstations clean, organised, and stocked
Collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions from chefs
Be punctual and fully available during required shifts:
Monday: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

THE PERSON:
Minimum 2 years' experience making sandwiches in a professional environment
Proven ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Strong ability to follow directions and work autonomously when needed
Solid understanding of food safety and associated paperwork
Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering quality
Previous à la carte or restaurant experience
