Catering Assistant

• Monday to Friday! Availability between 7am - 5pm!

We are seeking a Full time Catering Assistant to join our teams based at a high profile financial institute located in the Sydney CBD. This fantastic Monday to Friday role offers true work life balance and an opportunity to progress within our business. 

THE ROLE : 

• Setting up and clearing Buffets
• Basic food preparation and presentation
• Be an ambassador for food waste program - logging and tracking waste data through LEANPATH
• Cleaning of kitchen and kitchen utensils 
• Able to work autonomously and work efficiently with time restraints 

THE PERSON :

• Physically fit! High moving and physical role! 
• previous experience working with food and in a high service kitchen 
• Understanding of food allergens and dietary requirements
• experience with kitchen cleaning equipment 
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation

A current National Police Check, and full working rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for these positions.
