Chartwells are specialists in providing catering and hospitality services in education. Our goal is to provide engaging and nutritious dining solutions tailored to support academic achievement at the highest levels.

THE POSITION

• Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Preparing and serving café-style offerings, including coffee and beverages.
• Supporting daily café operations and hospitality functions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Following food safety procedures, allergen management requirements, and workplace health and safety standards.

THE PERSON

• Has experience working in a café, hospitality, catering, or food service environment.
• Has barista skills and confidence preparing quality coffee (highly regarded).
• Demonstrates knowledge of food safety standards and allergen management practices.
• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
• Holds a current Blue Card (Working With Children Check) or is willing to obtain one.
