Catering Supervisor

• • Full-time role on an 8/6 roster
• • WA-based site – Fly in Fly out (FIFO) from Perth
• • Accommodation, meals & uniform provided

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE POSITION

• • Lead and supervise catering operations to deliver high-quality meals and service
• • Manage and support a team to ensure compliance with food safety standards
• • Oversee stock control, ordering, and rostering
• • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold site standards

THE PERSON

• • Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor (essential)
• • Relevant hospitality or catering qualifications
• • Current Australian driver’s license
• • FIFO experience preferred
• • Ability to lead a team in a remote environment
• • Hold current Australian work rights and pass pre-employment checks
