We are currently seeking a Catering Supervisor to join our team. based with one of our sites at Holiday Inn Express - Brisbane Central. This is a part time role with shifts offered Monday - Friday, 6am to 1pm.
The Role:
Maintaining, cleaning and servicing pantries & kitchens on the client floors
Stock management
Have or be willing to obtain food safety supervisor certificate
Relay feedback from clients
Ensuring safe food handling practices are adhered to
Provide a warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
The Person:
Experience in site leadership and client relationship management
Ideally 2+ years of hospitality or kitchen experience
Microsoft Office, rostering, ordering software experience a bonus
Available mornings to cover 5 days per week
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
