The Position:
Develop and update industry knowledge
Lead and manage the culinary team
Maintain client and resident satisfaction
Manage food service operations
Manage finances within a budget
Purchase and manage stock
The Person:
Diploma in Hospitality related field
Experience in hospitality management
Sound computer skills
Good working knowledge of accounting and budgeting
Excellent communication skills
Experience in function catering and in kitchen operations
