Key Duties
Manage & lead the running of your departmental team
Assign and monitor daily tasks for team members
Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
Oversee staff performance to ensure quality and efficiency
Provide guidance, training and support to staff
Manage the expectations of both clients and residents
The Person:
Previous FIFO experience highly regarded
Prior experience in cleaning/administrative/catering, preferably in a supervisory role
Recent graduates within hospitality will also be considered
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Current Driver’s license
