Catering Supervisor

$31 per hour + 12% super

• Monday to Friday role with a 7am start and 3pm finish

THE POSITION

• Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service in a retail outlet serving food & beverages
• Operate the till and process transactions
• Prepare and serve espresso coffee
• Maintain effective customer and client relationships
• Maintain focus on Food and People safety

THE PERSON

• Current Working with children check or ability to obtain
• Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, or be willing to obtain
• Must have experience in fast paced cafe environment and experience with espresso machine required
• Experience in a similar role, leading a team and delivering exceptional food service
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Proven barista and customer service skills
