The Position
Guide and lead the team in a fast-paced bistro environment
Assist the Manager with day-to-day operations
Maintain a strong focus on delivering an excellent guest experience at all times
Lead, mentor, and train the Catering team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency
The Person
Holds a valid RSA
Has barista and bar experience
2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, including rostering responsibilities
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
Demonstrates a strong safety mindset
Well-groomed and professional in appearance
Brings strong communication skills, high energy, and a goal-oriented focus to the team
