The Position
- Prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality meals for school students and events
- Lead daily kitchen operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Mentor and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, service-focused culture
- Ensure full OH&S compliance, following safe work practices and food handling procedures
- Manage stock levels and ordering to meet budget requirements
- Support training and development of apprentices and junior chefs

The Person
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Chef
- Skilled in bulk cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation
- Experience in school residential dining
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge
- A team player who can also work independently
- Obtain a Blue Card (paid)
