The Role

• A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one’s own as well as with a team
• Modern Aged Care facility supporting 90 residents
• Preparing Breakfast, M/Tea, Lunch, A/Tea and Evening meals
• Responsible for the diet requirements for shift being covered
• Following all Food and Safety procedures and fill required paperwork 
• Cleaning duties and temperature recording

The Person

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Has good time management skills 
• Experience within a similar environment beneficial
• National Police Check 
• Must be triple vaccinated against Covid
