• Location: CANBERRA   -   the suburb of Page, ACT.

• Roster: Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun OR Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun

• Hours: full-time hours falling within: 06:30-17:30

The Role

• Page, ACT, venue seeking a local hire Chef for full-time hours.
• A dynamic role that requires the ability to work on one’s own as well as with a team
• Preparing Breakfast, M/Tea, Lunch, A/Tea and Evening meals
• Responsible for the diet requirements for shift being covered
• Following all Food and Safety procedures
• Cleaning duties and temperature recording

The Person

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• WWVP  -  Working With Vulnerable People check (you hold or are willing to obtain)
• NPC  -  Police Check (you hold or are willing to obtain)
• COVAX  -  Must be triple vaccinated against Covid.
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
