Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chef at RAAF Base Richmond (Hawkesbury). This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality, flavour, and presentation. You’ll get full training and support while working in a dynamic and fun working environment.

The Position:

• Casual role with plenty of hours and weekends to suit you
• Includes weekend shifts and additional function hours
• Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events
• Maintain catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP requirements, and prioritise waste reduction
• Support kitchen operations through inventory management, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions

The Person:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Previous restaurant and or function experience required
• Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety.
• Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, committed to personal and organisational success.
