We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. This full-time role is suited to chefs who enjoy bulk cooking and take pride in delivering quality meals in a structured Defence environment.

Role Location:
RAAF Amberley, Ipswich QLD

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing high quality buffet style meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events
Maintaining catering standards and following OH&S and HACCP requirements
Supporting kitchen operations including stock control, deliveries and storage
Monitoring food quality, presentation and portion control
Working as part of a team to deliver consistent service

What we’re looking for:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Previous experience in commercial kitchens or bulk catering environments
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation
Reliable, team focused and able to work in structured environments
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
