Are you a passionate Chef who enjoys creating exceptional food and working as part of a supportive team?

We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our teams at Holsworthy Super Mess and Moorebank Area – Junior Rank Mess. These part-time opportunities are ideal for chefs seeking work-life balance while continuing to develop their culinary skills within a professional and structured kitchen environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare high-quality meals in a bulk cooking environment
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support stock control, deliveries and kitchen operations
• Ensure quality, portion control and food presentation
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team
• Contribute to efficient service delivery during busy meal periods

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in commercial kitchens or catering environments
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable, team-focused and able to work in structured environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
