The Position

• Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering across retail, boarding, functions & events.
• Successfully manage, mentor and develop both front an back of house teams 
• Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience 
• Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls 
• Building and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
• Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations 
• Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)

The Person 

• 3 years minimum leadership experience is essential
• Cert III or IV Commercial Cookery qualification
• Thorough understanding of allergens and HACCAP
• Experience with full P&L Management, and commercial knowledge
• Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
• Contract management experience (highly regarded)
• Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
