About the Role

• Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for retail catering, functions and events
• Maintain effective customer and client relationships
• Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS

About You

• Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery 
• Experienced in fast-paced bulk cooking for groups
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Able to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend function or event
• A basic understanding of food and labour costs, proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, and the ability to efficiently complete administrative tasks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house.
