The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a Chef Manager to join our team at Haileybury City.
THE POSITION
- Lead your kitchen team to deliver fresh, nutritious meals
- Train, mentor, and supervise your staff
- Monitor kitchen stock and minimize wastage
- Develop fresh new menu ideas using local ingredients
- Maintain a safety-focused kitchen environment
THE PERSON
- Must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery
- Experience in a similar position
- Comfortable leading a team through busy service periods
- Advanced allergen and dietary management
