The Position
Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering across retail, boarding, functions & events.
Successfully manage, mentor and develop both front an back of house teams
Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience
Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls
Building and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations
Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
The Person
Leadership experience is essential
Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
Thorough understanding of allergens and HACCAP
Experience with full P&L Management
Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
Contract management experience (highly regarded)
Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
