The Position: 

• Prepare high-quality dishes for corporate events, tech-savvy sites, and VIP clientele. 

• Work with a team to deliver fine dining experiences with precision and consistency. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 

• Handle special dietary requirements and customize menus for high-profile guests. 

• Showcase your culinary creativity while adhering to high standards of excellence. 

The Person: 

• 2+ years’ experience as CDP or above in corporate dining, 5-star hotels or fine dining hatted restaurants. 

• Proven experience in fine dining, premium events, or high-end corporate catering. 

• Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food in a timely manner. 

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. 

• Exceptional grooming and personal presentation in all settings. 

• A calm demeanour is essential in this environment as well as being well-spoken. 

• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to culinary excellence.
