The Position:
Prepare high-quality dishes for corporate events, tech-savvy sites, and VIP clientele.
Work with a team to deliver fine dining experiences with precision and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Handle special dietary requirements and customize menus for high-profile guests.
Showcase your culinary creativity while adhering to high standards of excellence.
The Person:
2+ years’ experience as CDP or above in corporate dining, 5-star hotels or fine dining hatted restaurants.
Proven experience in fine dining, premium events, or high-end corporate catering.
Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food in a timely manner.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Exceptional grooming and personal presentation in all settings.
A calm demeanour is essential in this environment as well as being well-spoken.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to culinary excellence.
