Sous Chef- Full time

$88,000 including 12% super. 

• A Monday to Friday- 11:00AM-7:30PM
• Premium school based in Kensington

The Position

• Deliver fresh, high-quality meals with a modern, homestyle twist
• Lead daily kitchen operations and uphold safety and quality standards
• Mentor kitchen staff and help create a positive, service-focused culture
• Ensuring all OH&S compliance is achieved, adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures

The Person

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position
• Skilled in high-volume cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and food safety knowledge
• A team player who can also work independently
• Obtain a Working with Children Check
