Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Part-Time Chef at Borneo Barracks (Cabarlah). This role suits a chef who enjoys structured rosters, hands-on cooking and delivering quality food in a supportive Defence setting.
The Position
• Part-time role, predominantly Monday to Friday
• Cook-to-order service alongside buffet-style meal preparation
• Prepare meals for daily service and occasional functions
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, OH&S and HACCP standards
• Support stock control, ordering and kitchen operations
The Person
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Comfortable working in a cook-to-order setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP
• Reliable, organised and team-focused
