$29.45 + 25% casual loading

We are seeking qualified and reliable Chefs to join our Eastern Suburbs casual pool. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of local sites while maintaining flexibility in your schedule and gaining exposure to different kitchen environments.

This is a casual pool position. Shifts are offered based on operational demand and your availability. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week.

THE POSITION
• Prepare, cook and present high quality meals across multiple sites
• Maintain food safety standards, allergen awareness and dietary compliance
• Support menu delivery in line with client requirements
• Work closely with Head Chefs, Chef Managers and site leaders
• Follow WHS procedures and assist in minimising food waste

THE PERSON
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required
• Previous experience as a Chef in a fast paced kitchen
• Ability to travel across the Eastern Suburbs
• Strong communication skills with a customer focused approach
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
